Located at the intersection of academic, business & civic interest in Philadelphia's Innovation District, our space and our community are designed to increase your entrepreneurial and business acumen. Our community of diverse entrepreneurs want to connect to compete - growing companies faster through collaboration, with support.

As a partnership between Drexel University and the Science Center, ic@3401 allows members to tap into the creative minds of academia and industry. Located at uCity Square, in the heart of University City’s innovation district, members benefit from close access to the SEPTA’s subway (above 34th Street Station), trolley and regional rail lines, and Amtrak’s 30th Street Station. Powering yourself? Bike racks are conveniently located around the building. 

The location is in the University City KIZ which gives early-stage companies access to sellable tax credits of up to $100,000 annually. 

ic@3401 members also benefit from proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, and programming at spaces like Quorum, Drexel's ExCITe Center, and Venture Café gatherings every Thursday

Members have access to monthly events, resources, and experts as well as turnkey shared amenities in the space – caffeinated beverages, snacks, printing, conference rooms, phone booths, etc…

We are a part of both the University City Science Center’s commercialization programs and Drexel University’s Office of Technology Commercialization.
